We have a large bank of qualified and experienced Healthcare Assistants staff who are caring, kind and friendly that can be booked on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Supported Living

Helping individuals live better through our services is our priority. For us, their needs matter the most. We make sure our service users are comfortable and get a better perception of life

Support Workers

We keep a bank of Professional Support Workers that work with Children and Adults in care. Our staff can be booked anytime to serve our clients. They are also regularly trained to ensure high standards kept and are maintained.

Domiciliary Care Services

OM Care Connect Healthcare provides in-home senior care, helping people aged 18 and above continue to live well and independently at home.

Respite Care

Caring for a loved one is a role that demands a lot of commitment and selflessness, that can take up a lot of emotional and physical energy. It is understandable that at times you will need a break in order to rest and recuperate. In fact, it is important that you take time for yourself every now and then in order to relax and ensure that you can continue to provide the high quality care that your loved one requires.

Our Palliative Care at home service, supports adults who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and wish to remain living in the comfort of their own homes. This service can be provided at all possible stages of illness, diagnosis, treatment, cure, death, and bereavement.

The main objective of our Palliative Care at home service, is to achieve the best quality of life for you as well as your family. We understand that your family and friends may have strong feelings about your condition and it may be difficult for you to express your feelings for fear of upsetting them.

We can help you and your loved ones to discuss your feelings and provide extra support. In addition, we can provide support through periods of bereavement.

Personal Care

Our discreet personal care service is designed to support you with your day-to-day living, as well as providing you with the encouragement and emotional support that you may need to remain living independently.

Our Personal Care service can support you with getting in and out of your bed, dressing, administering medication, bathing and continence care, at a time to suit your convenience. Maintaining your dignity is of paramount importance to us, which is why our carers will ensure you feel comfortable at all times.

Social Companionship

OM Care Connect Healthcare’s Social Companionship service gives you the support you need to live independently, providing you with the assistance of a healthcare assistant or support worker at times to suit your convenience.

Our Social Companionship service is most suited to individuals who will benefit from having the reassurance that someone is there with them, to offer support when it is needed. It also provides peace of mind for family members who are unable to regularly visit, as they know their loved one is being cared for.

Mental health

Our specialist mental health services support people with a diagnosed mental health condition, which can be anything from: Anxiety and panic disorders, Bipolar disorder, Depression and Personality disorders.

Our flexible and varied range of mental health services include residential care homes, supported housing with personal care, supported housing and housing management, as well as community-based floating support.

The amount of care and support we provide depends on individual needs – from just a few hours of support per week to help with personal skills, building confidence and managing mental health needs on their pathways to independence, up to round-the-clock dedicated personal care and support.

We also encourage peer support as much as possible, where mutual support and a shared journey empowers people to make the changes and learn together.

Disabilities

We provide specialist, individually tailored packages of care and support for people aged 18 or over with mild, moderate, severe, and profound disabilities, with associated complex needs including; Autism, Sensory disabilities, Physical disabilities, Acquired brain injury, Mental health needs, Behavioural challenges.

Homelessness
We support adults who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness, and who may also need to overcome a dependence on addictive substances.

We do this in a number of ways with:

Domestic Abuse

Alcoholic and Drug Abuse Recovery
